The Investigation Study Of Wuhan Peasants Sports Requirements Under New Rural Construction

Peasants sports as an important part of rural cultural construction, are bound to become the important object of government who will focus on building a new socialist countryside. The new rural has become the stage and carrier which is good for new peasants, the new peasants have become the basis and crystallization who are now building the new rural.The construction and development of peasants sports is not only good for peasants physical and mental health, but also good for our country’s sports cause, especially good for our country’s mass sports and it’s development, it plays an important role in building new socialist countryside and constructing harmonious society.This paper mainly uses questionnaires、interviews、literatures、statistics、logical analysis to describe、interpret and analyse the needs of Wuhan peasants sports.These are able to provide reference for the relevant departments to formulate policies and provide theotical support for promoting new socialist countryside’s healthy and sustainable development.Through studing, we can draw the following conclusions:One Wuhan peasants don’t really understand sports; Most of Wuhan peasants believe that sports is good for their health; Wuhan peasants are willing to do activities under conditions, these activities are mainly focus on walk、bicycle、fitness equipment which are less demanding high venues、equipment and technology.Two Wuhan peasants’ cultural degree、healthy status、economic income、the hobby and habit in doing activities、correct understanding on sports which are taking positive correction with their needs of sports; Wuhan peasants’ cultural degrees are not high, they don’t really correctly understand sports which seriously hamper their sports needs; They think labor could instead of doing sports, which is wrong understanding and will weaken their sports needs. Three Annual income、the hobby and habit in doing activities、free time、venues、equipments、 tutors、activities organizations and other factors which have already affect Wuhan peasants sports needs.Four The problems on supplying and demanding in Wuhan peasants sports:the basic government and manager lack service supply consciousness; Enterprise and business unit do not take good use of their sports resources, sports community and other organizations are not perfect; fitness instructors seriously lack; fitness venues and equipments also seriously lack; local government or village committee seldom make propaganda; Wuhan peasants do not really understand sports; Wuhan peasants lack of sports consumption.Five The suggestions on balance supply and demand in peasants sports:enhance the governments and the managers’ sports supply service consciousness; strengthen primary sports organization network construction; increase sports propaganda, carry out colourful sports and cultural activities; take many methods to establish venues and equipments; make concerted efforts to make good use of sports facilities;foster sports talents; tap sports talent resources; enhance peasants’ awareness of fitness; change peasants’ sports consumer attitudes.
