Research On The Supply And Demand Status Of Rural Public Sports Services Under The New Rural Complex Model

After wenchuan earthquake reconstruction,the new rural comple x pattern gradually formed.Governments at all levels have increased the supply of publi c sports services to the new rural complex,and the local basic sports facilities and publi c sports services have been improved.But the practice development and related research found that exist the contradiction between supply and demand of rural public sports ser vice,is still a weak link of public sports service in our country,hindered the developme nt of rural sports in China.Thesis mainly adopts questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation method and knowled ge map analysis and other research methods,the new rural complex mode research,the present situation and problems of rural public sports service supply and demand in the n ew rural complex,public sports service,and based on the related theory of supply and d emand,select five new rural complex in sichuan province as the research sample,the sy nthesis of new countryside to study the mode of public sports service supply and deman d present situation,in order to practice can promote the development of new rural compl ex public sports service,can provide empirical reference for other similar research in the ory.The results of the study show that: Firstly,The government's ability to purchase pub lic services has increased,but the ratio of supply and demand has been unbalanced and t he satisfaction of villagers is low;Secondly,the supply and demand of public sports servi ces has increased,but the regional differences are large,and they are positively correlate d with the regional economy.The main manifestations are the good economic developm ent.The complex has a higher supply and demand for public sports services than the ec onomically underdeveloped complex;Thirdly,Public sports service is top-down supply more,the problem of low utilization rate of the lack of management,the public goods;T he fourth,The public sports service system is continuously complete,but the operating mechanism The construction of the system still needs to be improved,the mechanism is not perfected,and the development of public sports services is restricted,mainly includi ng the protection mechanism,the demand expression mechanism,etc.;The fifth,The vill agers have various forms of spontaneous activities,but the government organization is s ingle and participation is low;6.The laws and regulations are perfect.The degree has b een improved,but the degree of implementation has not yet landed.According to the survey results,combined with the current situation of supply and demand of public sports services in the new stage of comprehensive reflection in the ne w countryside,the following suggestions are proposed:First of all,Collect public opinio n,balance supply,and enhance villagers' satisfaction;Secondly,Accelerate rural economic development and narrow regional differences;What`s more,establish Professional management system to improve the utilization of venue equipment;More over,adhere to the villagers as the center,establish an effective public sports service operation mechan ism;Finally,increase the organization of sports activities to promote the development of sports communication and public sports services for villagers;6.Sound Safeguard syste m to ensure the basic rights of villagers.
