Yunnan Unique Inter-ethnic Minority Population Mortality Compared

An important part of China national harmonious development is scientific development of every province unique minorities. Unique minorities of scientific development can promotes the reasonable solution to the problems of nationalities; Unique minorities of scientific development can helps to safeguard national unity and frontier stability; Unique minorities of scientific development is conducive to social stability and people’s happiness; Unique minorities of scientific development is conducive to realize the coordinated development of population, resources and environment. An important factor of the coordinated development of population, resources and environment is the population natural change. Population mortality rate is an important index in the process of the population natural change, it is a sign of a certain level of social development. Different social development stage, its corresponding mortality is also different.The unique minorities population mortality differences show Yunnan’s unique minorities of the differences in social progress, these differences will be applied to population reproduction process, and continue to exist for a longer period of time in the future. Due to many subjective and objective reasons, the current studies of Yunnan unique minorities special population mortality are also relatively less, especially systemic reearches that bring about the population problem after changes of population mortality of Yunnan unique minorties need to be further strengthened. So this paper is under the means of the scientific outlook on development, through comparative study population mortality of Yunnan unique minorities, further explore the population problem of unique minorities areas, analyzing the main problems and difficulties, to explore unique minority areas in Yunnan population policy to provide the corresponding measures, so as to promote the improvement of the ethnic work in new century in the new period.This thesis text is divided into six parts:first, introduction; Second, basic situation of population development of Yunnan unique minorities; Third, the horizontal comparisons of Yunnan unique minorities population mortality; Four, the longitudinal comparisons of Yunnan unique minorities population mortality; Five, population reproduction types and predictions of Yunnan unique minorities; Six, conclusion、thinking and enlightenment.The paper look for differences in the birth rate by comparing birth rate of Yunnan unique minorities at first;Again, through longitudinal and horizontal comparisons of Yunnan unique minorities mortality rate, find problems and put forward the corresponding measures to solve the problem.Third, further explore population aging trend of Yunnan unique minorities,put forward matching problem solving countermeasures. Finally, through the analysis of the ethnic population policy, put forward alternative development basis and measures for how to reasonable leadership and increasing investment in the rapid development of economic society and in the condition of increasingly perfect market economy, so as to actively promote the scientific development of Yunnan unique minority areas.
