Investigation And Analysis Of Fujian Sports Masters’Employment Situation

This article studies the employment status of the sports science graduate students from2002to2011in Fujian province through questionnaires, telephone interview, data analysis and other methods.By investigating the employment quality, feedbacks from employers, the condition of training and career guidance for masters of sports science, we expect to know the graduate’s overall employment situation and to improve employment quality, giving practicable suggestions based on our survey and analysis.Through investigation, we could draw the following conclusions:sports science graduate student’s overall employment quality is high,but it’s on a trend of decline because of the increasingly fierce competition on job market; While the overall evaluation from employers is good, there are cognitive dissonance and limitations on core skills among students;The cultivating of sports science graduate student is wanting on major setting, course arrangement, single tutorial system and training pattern; Besides, the employment guidance is also relatively weak. In the light of these problems, this paper also respectively put forward some suggestions.
