The rapid development of social civilization and national economy has brought huge transform of higher education mode in China,gradually changing from the "elitist education mode" into "mass education mode".The total number of graduates has risen sharply every year,and the jobs offered by the current economic development have struggled to meet the aggregate demand of graduates,which in turn lead to the intense competition in the job market for graduates,which has changed from seller's market to buyer's market.The employment rate of graduates is even lower than that of undergraduate students and specialized student.As the high quality talent in China,the quality of graduates' employment plays a significant role in promoting the sustainable economic development of our country,which should arouse public's attention.Through the research of literature about domestic and foreign employment quality of graduated,this thesis set up the measure index and index weight of graduate employment quality to analyze the current employment situation of graduates in Shaanxi province.According to the indicators,the author conducted an empirical analysis based on the questionnaire answers of the masters graduated in the last five years from five universities in Shaanxi province(Xi'an jiao tong university,Shaanxi normal university,Chang' an university,Shaanxi university of science and technology,Xi'an architecture university).This paper mainly adopted SPSS 22.0 as the analysis tool.Firstly,the author examined the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,and then calculated out the employment quality score of Shaanxi province graduates every year according to the results of questionnaires,indicator weight and formula.Secondly,the descriptive statistical analysis of the employment quality indicators was conducted to get the conclusion of the questionnaire.Then according to the current situation of graduate employment in Shaanxi province and the conclusion of the sample survey,the author pointed out the problems of employment quality of graduates and analyzed the causes of the problems.Finally,according to the problems and the causes of the current graduate employment quality in Shaanxi province,specific countermeasures was put forward.On the basis of the results,this thesis mainly put forward the measures to improve the quality of graduate employment from four aspects : 1.Government 2.Enterprise 3.School 4.Students.
