At present, the interactive effectiveness level between teachers and students is quite low in our country’s universities. Without communication, there is no education in human education activities. It is vital basis for boosting educational strength to improve the effectiveness of the communication between teachers and students. This systematical study is based on the current situation of empirical research and the combination of Emotional Interaction theory and the Role Theory, through the literature research, investigation method, comparative analysis and other methods to the communication between teachers and students.Based on empirical research, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the interaction between teachers and students in different periods and understands the current situation of our teacher-student exchanges of positive and negative aspects. What’s more, this study points out many negative aspects. For instance, direct communication between teachers and students is declining, the ignorance of emotional interaction, teachers lay too much the research while students pay more attention to knowledge and certificate, the role of teachers and students fuzzy, even role conflict problems and so on.The theory guide practice. We should adjust process of practice according to the specific situation. The related content of the Emotional Interaction Theory and the Role Theory are important inspiration to improve Teachers-students Interactive Effectiveness. The Emotional Interaction Theory refers to many fields.Such as emotional energy expenditure, emotional return, emotional mechanism and emotional control. The Role Theory contain role confirm and role support and so on. Those have important theoretical significance to improve the emotional interaction between teachers and students. This study described the construction of the enhancement of teachers and students interaction effectiveness.Through the empirical research and theoretical analysis, this study put forward in order to improve the effective communication between teachers and students in colleges and universities of possible strategies: First of all, the government should play an important role in the education field, shaping democratic equal social atmosphere; Secondly, the university should improve the college managers emotional control social adaptability and establish the teacher evaluation mechanism to increase the communication between teachers and students channel; Finally, in the micro level, teachers and students should meet their role expectation to promote the role of the emotional interaction.
