| This thesis starts from the analysis of the history of Australia international Education policies development, focusing on some new polices since2009.The thesis mainly studies the content and the trends of Australia newly-developed international Education polices,analyzing the reasons and natures of these new polices, aiming to provide some useful suggestions and strategies for Beijing international Education development. With this aim,the thesis mainly employing factor analyses, historical methods and comparative methods and so on.Australia international education experiences five phases:from Foreign Aid, Foreign Trade, industrial development, to internationalization. Since2009, Australia has introduced a lot of new measures in international education, such as developing five-year strategies of international education, reviewing the visa system for the first time, introducing AsiaBound Grants Program, providing over10000places for Australian students to take up study opportunities in Asia and so on.Based on the former analyses, the author gives the suggestions and strategies for Beijing, such as developing a Beijing international education strategy, focus on talent gathering; conducting higher Education quality project to build some world well-known universities, in order to attract international students around the world,etc. |
