The Analyze For Relationship Between Social Division Of Labor In The Modern And Communion

Division of labor in society and communication is the product of development of human history, is the embodiment of the human survival mode, also is the important character of the contemporary society。More than one hundred years ago, Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels analyzed them as the philosophical concepts at the first time, made them the basic concept of historical materialism. This paper, starting from the classical original works primarily, will analyze the development of labor division and communication, and the essential concept and the relationship between them. Then, from the perspective of "globalization", I will discuss the contemporary characters of relationship between division of labor and communication, as well as its existing problems and the theoretical and practical value.In my opinion, the division of labor in society is the bridge of human and nature, human and society; The communication is a social existing phenomenon. Division of labor in society and communication, which reflect the relationship among human, nature, social, have important significance for us to understand the relationship between productivity and production relations. Division of labor in society focuses on the material production, but in generalized sense, it contains the meaning of human relationship.Actually is communication; Communication focuses on the social relations, in general sense, it contains the relationship of the people and things.Actually is division of labor in society. Division of labor in society and communication itself contain productivity and relations of production, the relationship between them is not a simple linear relationship of "determine" and "be determined". It develops the historical materialism, it’s not only the form of society but also the mode of individual existence, So the relationship between them is the embodiment of the dialectical relationship between people and society. Today’s "globalization" has come to the stage of "world history", so contemporary social division of labor in society and communication show some new characteristics, the width and depth of communication have been unprecedented expanded, but still not get rid of "alienation" state,which has been pointed out by Marx and Engels. So it requires us to look for more value from classical theory, and combines with the time spirit and development trend, thinking deeply about the relationship between human, nature and society, so as to provide a solution to realistic problem. These thought also have an enlightening role for our country on the background of the globalization in how to respond and participate the international division of labor and communication on the background of "globalization" and how to solve the contradiction between tradition and modernity.
