Comparative Study Of Chinese Wushu Duanwei System With Grading Systems Of Taekwondo And Shorinji Kempo Unity

As the one of the treasures of the Chinese nation, Wushu is the essence of Chinese traditional sports culture. It has a long history, its content is extensive and profound, and there is a strong national spirit and profound philosophical connotation.Wushu is diversified, multi-level and has education value, cultural value, entertainment value and fitness function, etc.For thousands of years, Wushu is the popular physical training project of the Chinese nation. However, for the Duanwei system of our nation,the history is relatively short, the development speed is relatively slow, the development process is hard. In recent years,Wushu Duanwei system has become the favour of martial arts lovers again, and the exam of Duanwei is boomed. How to deal with the "hot" phenomenon of Chinese Duanwei system. so as to the experience, we should calm down and think carefully about it.This paper is made up of five parts, namely, the preface, research object and research methods, a brief analysis of the situation of Duanwei system, comparison result and analysis, conclusion and suggestions. By employing methods such as documentation, comparative analysis, interviewing experts, logical induction, and deduction, etc., three conclusions are reached after comparing and analyzing the current management, evaluation and spreading of Chinese Wushu Duanwei system. Firstly, partial and small advantages are overweighed by the general and high-leveled disadvantages in management. Secondly, advantages should be strengthened while disadvantages corrected and avoided in evaluation. Thirdly, obvious deficiencies exist in spreading.In view of the issues mentioned above, suggestions and improving measures are put forward in this paper as follows. Firstly, in terms of management a simplified structure, transparent style, decentralized and devolved power is proposed. Secondly, pre-Duan evaluation should be interesting while primary and middle Duan evaluation should be competitive and have distinguishing standards. And more importance should be attached to Wushu ethics and etiquette during the evaluation. Thirdly, enhance soft power in spreading the system by using a multi-pronged approach. The above-mentioned suggestions and measures are intended to provide theoretical and practical basis for the improvement of reforming the current Duanwei as well as contribute to the promotion of vigorous development of Wushu, national fitness, and socialist cultural and ethical progress.
