Based on the trends of personnel training pattern reform in university and the current situation of college course instruction:the teacher emphasis on the emotional goals and fully aware of the significance of the emotional goal to student’s future development, but lack of practical guidance; students hope that a variety of positive emotional experience in the process of course study.The research is inspired by the emotional design of product design, based on emotional instruction psychology, On the basis of study the characteristics of college students’emotional development, trying to find a solution from the domestic and foreign liberal arts teaching cases and other related fields; finally make the proposal of the emotional instruction of liberal arts curriculum.The idea of this proposal is intend to improve the effectiveness of instruction via mobilize student’s motions, The ultimate goal is to realize "Erudite" and "Elegant" double goal of liberal arts curriculum.The proposal described the four main aspects of the liberal arts curriculum emotional instruction in details, there are:at first creation a context to initiate a positive experience, secondly relying on the knowledge, promote the unity of feelings and knowledge. Thirdly, to trigger internalize thinking and quality and self-cultivation; at last, evoke behaviour, to create a harmony situation of knowledge and behaviour. Furthermore, proposed the relevant design method of the instructional environment, instructional resources, instructional process, and instructional evaluation. Eventually select photography project content of the "Visual Culture and Media Literacy" curriculum, design instructional cases, and put into practice, in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposal.We draw some conclusions from the research are as follows:At first, to mobilize participation of students’emotion, improve students’ interest, enthusiasm and initiative,emotion as the driving force and adjustment factors to promote the effectiveness of the instructional activities, at the same time improve the positive emotional experience of students in the entire learning process, negative experience to be weakened。Secondly, Emotional engagement makes goals better to be achieved, students build their own knowledge by experience learning type, it enhance the understanding of content, the learners’literacy is also developed; in addition student’s thinking skills, values and attitude towards life is also changed. Significantly, especially the development of critical thinking, creative thinking and the ability to reflect is benefit to.the future study, work and life.
