The update and optimization of teaching knowledge structure is not only an appeal of socialprogress, but it is also an inevitable requirement to promote teaching professionals. The effectiveimplementation of new basic curriculum reform is significantly bound with the knowledge and attainmentof the fresh troops themselves who will undertake developing and implementing teaching curriculum.Therefrom, teachers ought to select, supplement, integrate and impart knowledge in a self-perceptionposition, and moreover, assist students in digesting and applying knowledge by means of educationactivities. Upon all of this, progress of intelligence, character, virtue and emotion between teacher and pupilcan take place.The research focuses on newly inducted Chinese teachers in senior middle school particularly, forthey retain such high versatility as to become the core force during school development in future. Besides,their factor and construction is not only the important element but also the necessary requisite ofcurriculum reform. Therefore, it is very significant in theory and practice to pay close attention to theknowledge composition and optimization strategy of current development state of newly inducted Chineseteachers in senior middle school, in order to improve their professional development degree and quickenthe construction of highly qualified teaching stuff.Baking the particularity and dynamo genetic value of newly inducted senior Chinese teachers asbreakthrough point, this paper summarizes and reflects about teaching knowledge structure, acknowledgesthe importance of teachers’ self-perception position, and raises teaching stereoscopy structural modeling.Then, the paper makes use of questionnaire and interview to investigate all walks of their futureprofessional existence. What’s more, this paper investigates the methods to realize the optimization andupdate for teachers’ knowledge structure, by analysis of open questions during their knowledgeacquirement and supplement from two aspects that is self development and policy guarantee, in the hope ofconduct general new senior Chinese teachers to recognize autologous knowledge structure, and to activelyconfront with professional development.To newly inducted Chinese teachers in high school, curriculum reform signifies the structuraltransformation and comprehensive upgrade of their increasingly opening knowledge. Only if the teachers possess the personal quality, education belief, professional aspire and knowledge and skills in regard toteaching, will they be able to meet the expectation of the society. Therefore, it is the rational knowledgestructure that is the groundwork for those newly modern inducted Chinese teachers to build theirprofessional knowledge competence.
