In this study, takes the interns who had finished the first time education internship and the interns who had finished the second time education internship, the education internship led teachers, the mentor teachers, the teachers who in charge of the education internship as the research object, through the research methods of interviews, observation, physical analysis and literature, discussed the education internship status quo of the pre-school education major in N University. Studies have found that, on the one hand, the education internship of pre-school education major in N University has the following characteristics:the work of internship are valued; internship preparation work fully; according to the interns’ need, reasonable arrangements for the work of the education internship; the education internship lead teachers are responsible earnestly; conscientiously sum up after the internship and timely adjustment. On the other hand, the education internship of the pre-school education major in N University also exist the following problems:multiple causes of excellent practice base choose difficult; multiple causes leading practice work doesn’t reach the designated position; multiple factors affect the effect of open class; the time of internship conflicts with the kindergarten work plan; The first time internship has problems, such as the effect of the preparations is not perfect, not everyone agree the length of time of the first internship; the second time internship also has problems, such as the mentor teachers reduces the frequency of guidance; most of the internship content repetitive, bored the interns; The interns are not really involved into the kindergarten research teaching. Lastly, based upon the enlightenment of this study, researcher gives some suggestions on interns and the pre-school education major teachers, in order to put forward the optimization of internship:Interns should be proactive, to be their internship master; interns should formulated the self-development plan for internship; interns should develop the habits of reflection; frequently writing practice reflection log; pre-school education major should pay attention to the professional practice base choose "soft" condition; Strengthen the internship led teachers guidance to intern teachers; further strengthen the communication with internship kindergarten; strengthen the selection and training of mentor teachers; increase the conservation internship.
