In recent years,with the country of occupation education support and attention,occupation education has been an unprecedented development,the medium occupation school Mu this spring has been the rapid development of preschool education also ushered in the development of their own spring.The state has repeatedly promulgated policies and regulations to expand the scale of pre-school education,vigorously develop public kindergartens,and encourage social forces to join the camp of pre-school education in various forms.With the expansion of preschool education scale,the demand for preschool teachers is also increasing rapidly.The pre-school education major in secondary vocational schools has trained a large number of pre-school teachers for all types of kindergartens.However,the abilities and qualities of these teachers have been questioned by the society.Internship is the main part of the teachers and improve the teaching ability of students cultivate medium occupation school,its result directly affects the preschool teachers' ability and quality,determines the quality of teaching of preschool education.However,the secondary occupation school of preschool education students during the internship,due to various subjective and objective factors,the low quality of students,interns job adaptability ability,occupation consciousness;kindergarten with practice attitude disfavor,practice guidance is not in place;medium occupation school training school is weak,difficult to meet the teaching needs and practice problems the management is not standardized,the kindergarten education and demand,has affected the internship work smoothly and effectively.Therefore,this paper combines the theory research and interviews,in Nanchang city X medium occupation school as an example,combined with the status of implementation of the internship of preschool education in the school,found the problem and put forward the feasible countermeasure.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the reasons and significance of the topic selection,summarizes the research status athome and abroad,and expounds the research ideas and methods of this paper.And puts forward the research ideas and methods,defines the related concepts of medium occupation school internship preschool education professional post.The second chapterdescribes the "one" education teaching thought,construction of the relevant theoretical research on internship learning theory,teacher professional development stage theory,and this is the theoretical basis of secondary vocational school preschool education professional internship work.The third chapter through the combination of questionnaires and interviews,respectively in Nanchang city X medium occupation school of preschool education major of grade 2013 to participate in internships for students and the school leaders and teachers training department investigation,collecting and collating relevant materials,the solution of summing up the status of preschool education practice of secondary occupation school professional post,and the existing problems.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of internship in secondary vocational schools in secondary vocational schools from three aspects of students,secondary vocational schools and kindergartens.The fifth chapter through the investigation and analysis of causes of the above four chapters,respectively,from the internship of three bodies,namely medium occupation schools,interns and kindergartens,puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems of the secondary occupation school internship students majoring in preschool education post.
