Nowadays, our economy politics and culture are developing rapidly. The appeal fromall sectors of the society for education and the demand from the public for the progress anddevelopment of quality of education is growing, Against this background, How to improveeducation quality in order to meet the social needs became a problem that all the collegesand universities faced. How to improve students’ capacity of Physical education internshipis a important issue Physical colleges and Higher Teacher colleges concerned whileCollege of Physical Education major is improving students’ knowledge reserve. There aremany factors that influence Physical Education major students’ education internshipcapacity, overall the reasons including two parts: Subjective reasons and objective reasons.Gaining some insight into current situation of Physical Education major students’internship capacity helps not only with improving the negative impacts students meetduring teaching practice, but also helping colleges and universities to work out Practicemodel which is more scientific and reasonable, and point out the direction of the courseschedule selections and curriculum for cultivating internship capacity.Physical education internship is always a important part of P. E major in colleges anduniversities’ teaching plan, it is basic embodiment of the principle of" Integration ofTheory with Practice" and also a important means of achieving colleges’ existingeducational goal and meeting society needs. Through education internship, students cannot only fully integrate and apply the knowledge and skills, but also examine and improveit, and it helps students improve teaching capacity and innovation capacity in practice also.Meanwhile, examining the talent cultivation of school and getting the feedback of lacks incollege education is also the reality task of physical education internship. The paperanalyzed the factors that influence physical education internship, and made somesuggestions to education internship for Beijing Colleges of Physical Education major.Through visit and investigation, the main conclusions reached are as follows:1.weakteaching capacity in education internship2.coordinate individual organizational capacity ineducation internship needed be improved3.some education internship teacher can not givea Comprehensive guidance of education internship capacity4.Lack of necessary feedbacksystem of education internship capacity. Combined study and investigation, suggestions asfollowed:1. Strengthen the management of P.E major students according to new coursereform, cultivating education internship capacity guided by new course reform2.concerning the cultivation of students’ coordinate individual organizational capacity andput into practice in our daily teaching3.building responsibilities mechanism of guidancecounselor, strengthen the guide and monitoring of students’ education internship capacityduring the internship process4.build complete summary and evaluation system ofeducation internship, set out reasonable quantizing evaluation of education internshipcapacity.
