Comrade Mao Zedong is a stern, strict requirements for his children, is also a kind father, care of theirchildren, to teach by precept and example, to stand as a duty, in the long-term practice of family educationactivities in the formation of a unique family education theory. Mao Zedongsuccessfully the concept of family education and the children in the growth direction, is worth all parentsstudy, is to promote the quality education of the college, to the harmonious development of the society, it isof far-reaching significance, even for the current social transformation, all has the vital role.Recently with the continuous development of Social Sciences, academic research field of Mao Zedongthought have more involved with the research, especially in the education of the children of Mao Zedongthought research has made some progress and academic achievements. The overall research situation, theresearch angle research than single overall, system, comprehensive study of dispersed research than topic,the research depth and width to be further optimized and upgraded, and with other theories of cohesion andpractice extended has larger development space; thus, this for of this research provides a more cleardirection of development and research objectives, but also from the other side of positive research ofimportant theoretical value and practical significance. At the same time, in the current social developmentprocess, related to the education of children social phenomenon are being exposed constantly, such as,"theofficial two generation "," two rich generation ", these social phenomena also exposed children educationtheory research and the necessity of learning.The education of the children of Mao Zedong thought research is passed longer data collection and carding process, through literature and theory of the necessary stage, thus to realize the education forchildren of Mao Zedong thought system is elaborated, and the realization of theoretical study and practicalguidance of articulation, the contemporary social development educational play. Therefore, the maincontent of this paper mainly focuses on the following aspects: Mao Zedong Thought of children educationand formed the basis and background of Mao Zedong, children’s education thought and main content of theideological connotation of Mao Zedong Thought of children education and educational significance.
