The teachers are required to participate in the participatory management because of the newround of education reform and they are decentralized and authorized in the management of the school.Based on the existing research, the study uses the questionnaire of middle school and primary schoolteachers’ psychological empowerment and the questionnaire of attributional style, to have a questionnairesurvey on551primary school teachers, this paper discusses the characteristics of primary school teachers’psychological empowerment and the relationship between psychological empowerment and attributionstyle, draw the following conclusion:First, in our country, the teachers’ psychological empowerment in the medium level in primaryschool, the development of each dimension is not balanced.Second, the teachers’ psychological empowerment has significant differences in gender, sort ofthe school, district of the school, duty of the teachers, the title of a technical post and has no significantdifferences in permanent staff, teachers’ teaching subject and age.Third, the teachers’ psychological empowerment in primary school exist significant correlation,the internal attribution has significant positive effect prediction on the teachers’ psychological authorizationof the primary school.Education department and school leaders should get down to analysis the characteristics ofprimary school teachers’ psychological empowerment, in order to let them participate in the schoolmanagement, and lead them to set up the correct attribution style, improve the level of psychologicalempowerment.
