Moral education in colleges and universities is an important part of university work.The effectivenessof it directly affects the overall quality development of students’ moral accomplishment and Comprehensivequality. So we must improve the effectiveness of moral education in colleges. Implicit education in collegesopens up a new way in moral education work. It is not a negative dominance of traditional education mode,but combined wit-h dominant education, making up the dominant of the defects in the education, asimportant supplement of the dominant education, in order to expand the size of the moral education workand improve the effectiveness of moral education. This article mainly divides into five parts: The first partnamely the introduction, the main research the research background and significance of recessive education,analysing the recessive education both at home and abroad research status, research results and the existingproblems, In order to seek the method to solve the problem. The second part is the related concepts, startingfrom t-he most basic concepts, to accurately grasp the concepts of recessive education, understanding theessential connotation and its basic characteristics of analysis and its significance, and show that we areimplementing the possibility and necessity of the recessive education. The third part is to analyze thecurrent situation and existing problems of moral education in colleges and universities, analyzed the causeof the status quo step by step, to find a solution to the problem. That is to implement implicit education inmoral education work, opening up new perspectives of moral education. The fourth part is the theoreticalsupport to solve the problem, Michael Polarlyi’s theory of “tacit knowledge”, A.S.Reber’s theory of“implicit learning” and J.Dewey’s theory of “incidental learning” all implement implicit education for us toprovide inner support on the psychology and sociology, on the theory of logic to implement impliciteducation provides the basis. The fifth part is about how to carry out recessive education, respectively fromthe rich moral education works, foster the good campus culture environment, the level of its educationresources and education practice level, discusses the realization of the recessive education approach, whichhelp to solve the problems of moral education, in order to improve the effectiveness of moral education,attain the goal of moral education, to improve the quality of the students in an all-round way. This is a newway of moral education. It infects the students in the way of refreshment and silent. For the special group“the Gen-90s”, this kind of education mode is more suitable for their personality characteristics, conducing to carry out educational mode to achieve education effect. But this way of education is less than the actualcombat experience, still needing us to explore in practice, to sum up experience, to seek better ways ofeducation.
