Class displays education power in the form of systematic combination in such aspects as training and fostering the students' thinking, morality, emotion and personality through "moral education fields", hi classes, students first meet with manifest moral education. Behind all the manifest education factors hide hidden valuable judgment and emotion experience. Meanwhile, when the students receive manifest moral education, its course contains many hidden factors. They have implied effect on effective manifest moral education and non- effective manifest moral education. To the students, though these factors are hidden and not to be predicted, to the educators, they are classified into two parts, "sub-hidden moral education factors" known to the teachers and "completely hidden moral education factors unclear to them. Hidden moral education factors in either part plays a very important role in the students' morality through an unconscious and uncertain mind.Therefore, this dissertation holds class moral education field is "a three layered moral education system" made up of apparent moral education field, sub-hidden moral education field and completely hidden moral education field. This research starts from layered class moral education system to research on hidden moral education field, inquiring into power structures, social relationships, systematic norms, management environment, teaching processes, hidden moral education factors of evaluation for management and hidden influences to a student's morality in a class. I further advance the theory "culture management" and "ambiguity management" hi hidden moral education of a class and also clearly bring to light the view that the proper melting between rational management methods of manifest moral education and culture management methods and ambiguity management methods of hidden moral education is the developing tendency. I hope to provide valuable suggestions for enhancing the management level of class moral education and the practical effect and aims of moral education work in schools.
