With the development of society, the leadership is becoming an essential resource andcompetitive advantage. As college students are an important human resource of social elite in the future aswell as the development of leadership talent, they must have a comprehensive quality among which isleadership that is to be very important and special. When the individual complete more complex tasks andachieve the goals, inhibition control plays an important role to prevent the stimulus which having nothingto do with the tasks. Inhibition function not only can be used to explain the differences in cognitive abilityamong different individuals, such as intelligence, attention, memory, reading comprehension and so on.And it also involve in the field of the development of social competence, conscience and emotionregulation. Along with the research results about the inhibition control emerge in endlessly, the researchgradually focus on the inhibition control of adult even college student. The research field of ability are bebadly in need of fusion with inhibition control with the continuous improvement of the social requirementsof college students.In recent years, overseas researches on adolescent’s leadership has gradually appeared withdiscipline integration between neuropsychological disciplines and leadership. However, domesticresearchers pay more attentions to explore the structure of the adolescent’s leadership and some correlationanalysis with less cognitive research. The research hypothesis is that college students’ function of inhibitioncontrol exsist differences under stress situation. This research includs two parts: first part is choosingeligible participants through the SLPI; the second part is to select the participants for the experiment usingthe classic cognitive interference control experimental paradigm, in order to examine the characteristics ofinhibition control of subjects who have different leadership level under stressful situations.Results indicated as follows:First, the college students’ reacts exsist significant differences under different experimentalstimulus conditions without stressful situations between the high level leadership and low level leadershipof college students;Second, under stressful situation the college students’ reacts exsist significant differences under different experimental stimulus conditions between the high level leadership and low level leadership ofcollege students; however, the results have more significant differences than those without stressfulsituations;Third, the interference effects produced by the different experimental stimulus conditions aresignificantly different between under stressful situations and non-stressful situations.
