Ji’an City Occupation Education Services For The Regional Economic Development Research

Economy and education are the dual attributes of vocational education. It also has two features ofregional and external adaptability. Only the vocational education is closely related with the regionaleconomic development, will it contribute to the regional economic development actively.Throughbuilding a service-oriented education system which adapt to the regional economic development and theregional industry structure, the function of the vocational education can be fully played in cultivatingtalents.Thus the region can realize the sustainable development of the economy.Specially,when aregion is in the development of industrialization and urbanization,it urgently needs more skilled peopleto support,so the importance of the professional education is undoubtedly.We take Ji’an city as an example to analyse the importance of professional education in theregional development.Ji’an is now in the progress of the industrialization and urbanization,sotheoretically speaking, it needs the support of the vocational education to provide skilled and capableworker. But, at present,the professional education in Ji’an does not adapt with the economicdevelopment.So there may still have many problems in the combination of the regional developmentand vocational education in Ji’an. In this paper we mainly examine the current situation of theprofessional education in serving the regional economic development in Ji’an.And we take the methodsof the interview, questionnaire survey, literature arrangement to collect the useful material and data.After analyzing the collected material and data,we find that the vocational education in servicing theJi’an’s economic development has some problems.According to the existing problems,we aim topropose some corresponding strategies and measures to contribute the economic development ofJi’an,which can be summarized as followed:(a)to optimize the layout of vocational school;(b) adjust thespecialty layout and construct the key discipline;(c) strengthen the construction of teaching staff;(d) putforward the cooperation between vocational school and enterprises in order to promote the rapiddevelopment of vocational education in Ji’an;(e) strengthen the rural vocational education to serviceregional economic transition。...
