In recent year," sending teaching to countryside " has been flourishing all over the country,with secondary vocational schools and technical schools as the main bodies to send knowledge,culture and technology to villages and fields.There are innovations in the school-running mode of " sending teaching to countryside",but there are still problems of different teaching quality,low management level and shortage of teachers' resources.Based on the actual actions of "sending teaching to countryside" and serve the "three rural areas"at Yuanping Agricultural School,this paper discusses that since 2009,Yuanping Agricultural School has continuously innovated the mechanism system and the mode of running a school with true feelings and responsibilities in the process of promoting the steady development of" sending teaching to countryside".The school has gone out of the school door to the countryside to carry out the service of "sending teaching to countryside”so that farmers can take up secondary jobs in their own homes in recent ten years.It also provides a platform for the interaction between agricultural extension workers and farmers,and realizes the effective promotion of agricultural resources,agricultural achievements and agricultural technology.While innovating and cultivating new type of professional farmers,it gave birth to a number of "skilled farmers"in farming,large agricultural households and agricultural technical personnel that also promoted the construction of the school's teaching staff and teaching materials.It not only promotes the rapid development of regional economy in neighboring counties and cities,but also contributes to poverty alleviation program.After analyzing the basic running situation,achievements and problems of Yuanping Agricultural School,the paper puts forward some countermeasures for these problems.It has certain guiding significance for the sustainable and healthy development of "sending teaching to countryside" in the future.
