The Research On The Relationship Between Regional Central City And The Development Of Regional Higher Education

With the development of reform and opening-up and market economy of our country , as the important way of talents training ,knowledge teaching ,knowledge production ,higher education is more important day by day in social economy especially in the regional economy .The importance of city can not be neglected in the regional economy ,for there are all kinds of excellent resources ,especially higher education resources. Regional education can provide talent support for central city, where the research institution can give technical effort , the industrialization of higher education show the direct effect for the increasing of economy . So, the relationship between regional central city and higher education is more and more closed .When the higher education providing services for city , the development of central city always generate a series of influences ,what are worthy researching for us .As a big economical ,demographic and educational province, Hebei's higher education have achieved rapid growth at the background of national development .But for many reasons, Hebei's provincial capital altered many times , the surrounding of education is not stable ,the layout ,the number of university ,the quality of teaching are influenced seriously .Until now , the development of higher education is not optimistic, and is not adapted to the target of Hebei's economy .This article make the research of the influence of central city to higher education as the entry point,using historical method ,documental method ,interviewing method to analyze the impact of change of capital city of Hebei province on higher education , hoping that this research will promote the development between regional higher education and region .This article are divided into five parts. The first part introduces the research method , research meaning and defines main concepts. The second part hackles the regional central city theory and regional higher education theory. The third part is the core part ,mainly researching the relationship between the alternation of central city of Hebei and regional higher education .The forth part chose Hebei university and Hebei and Beijing teachers college as a case study ,analyzing the influences of relocation of universities.
