Study On Marital Conflict Under The Perspective Of Social Exchange Theory

Marriage is the foundation of family, and it is also a window through which we understand social problems. The relationship between marriage and family is the most common, intimate, and beautiful social relation. Each individual family is connected with society. Family is a part of the society, and it is also the microcosm of the social. The happiness of each family is closely related to the stability and harmony of the society. The study of marital conflict is based on the following considerations:First of all, the problem has become increasingly prominent. Marital conflict has become the hot topic of media. Second, the stability of family and marriage is closely related to the stability and harmony of the society. Finally, at present, the lack of academic researches on marriage and family problems exist.Therefore, this study is trying to use the theories and perspectives of social exchange and gender sociology to interpret the problems of the marital conflict and propose solution under the theoretical framework of the sociology.
