Along with the depth of the new curriculum reform, English teaching in primary school obtained the entire society’s value. Each kind of edition teaching material has the multiplex rich tendency. Fellow teachers constantly enhance the educational idea and teaching method. In order to meet the needs of students, various school-based teaching materials is also undergoing continuous improvements. However, the perfect display of teaching material function depends on the teacher. and whether they make the teaching material and student’s reality to a perfect combination. The traditional teaching material usage-style could not satisfy the development requirement of new times. Facing realistic condition of teaching material multiplication, the curriculum standard relaxes right to independence that the teaching material uses, Relevant research director is insufficient and Information channel diversification,. How the actual condition which the teachers use the teaching material? How to achieve the reasonable usage teaching material to meet the study need that the student continually promotes?This article takes this as the breakthrough point, collects and reorganizes the related literature seriously. To select an ordinary primary schools in the city and three teachers as research objects. Collection materials through the method of interview and classroom observation. Separately present the teaching material current situations in use of three teachers. And try to analyze the factors that affect teachers1use of teaching materials. Then proposed that suggested personally.This article,mainly for the following five parts:The first part is the introduction,in this part, including the statement of research problem, research object and significance.The second part, the related literature summarizes, proposes this research dimensions according to the literature material reorganization.The third part, The research design and the process, mainly talk about the object of study and research methods.The fourth part, To describe and demonstrate the case school Primary English Teachers teaching material current situation.The fifth part, analysis of its influence factors.The sixth part, According to the research proposed that suggested personally.
