Stall economic is an integral part of the urban economic development, but the mobile vendors have long been at the edge of the city. Since2009, the state council legislative affairs office issued the "individual businesses ordinance (draft)" about "no fixed place of business vendors " caused a great attention of society, the relevant provisions of the society is generally believed that this will be beginning of current vendors" legalization". Lay in the social from all walks of life in discussion groups how to management and planning at the same time, put stall in "college students street vending","white-collar street vending ","open car stalls street vending " wait for a phenomenon cause social widespread curiosity." Baike" phenomenon overturns the mainstream values of street community of understanding and judgment. It causes a lot of media reports, but it is lack of professional academic research. The author analyzed the characteristics and social impact of "Baike" group from a sociological point of view, and hoped to give a useful supplement as domestic "Baike" only flowing at the level of news which is lack of professional academic research.In this paper, the author used qualitative research methods, through the participant observation and in-depth interviews of "Baike" in several major business district in Nanning found that there is a big difference between "Baike" group and stall group. White-collar workers and college students are the main group members.In population structure,"Baike" group showed the characteristics of large-scale, more harmonious intergroup relations within the group. In group behavior, the stall business pratices of "Baike" show a unique mode different from the traditional vendors, such as purposes of conduct nonprofit, high mobility of operation time and space. The emergence of "Bake" groups produced a series of social impact, such as promoting the social interaction of the different classes,subverting the mainstream values of the community to spread the groups, improving the social status of the vendor groups to some extent, reflecting the orientation of the value of diversity in today’s society, promoting the development of social policy, etc..
