A hundred years of life bases on the preschool education.Preschool education is the beginning of lifelong learning and the foundation of all-round development,and it plays an important role on the national education system.How the preschool education runs is not only related to the healthy development of children,but also to the bread-and-butter matters of millions of families,and even to the future of the country and nation.But among the whole educational system,preschool education is the weakest link.The problem of "difficult and expensive to enter the kindergarten" has not been solved for a long time.In recent years,a series of injuries reported on the newspaper have been happening on the kindergarten children,which further exposes all the problems existing in the preschool education in our country.It is the responsibility of the government at all levels to establish a preschool education service system to be applicable to all age children and ensure that every child can enjoy the basic preschool education service equally.In this process,it is worth discussing what role the public finance plays and how its role plays better.After defining the relevant core conceptions and explaining the basic theory,this passage analyzes the necessity of financial input to preschool education and the guidelines for the design of the financial input system for preschool education.On this basis,this article reviews the changing process of the financial input system for preschool education in Nanning,and analyses the present situation of institution supply.It is found that Nanning has constructed a relatively perfect institutional framework for preschool financial input system which supports the expansion of preschool education resources,improves the teaching quality of kindergarten,helps the development of the private kindergarten and provides subsidies to the poor family children or the handicapped children who go to the the kindergarten.But at the same time there are some problems such as unclear system,deviant target orientation,overly flexible and random systems arrangement,not very fair system design,unsound system system and so on.This article holds that the optimization of the financial input system for preschool education in Nanning should focus on meeting the needs of children in the middle and low income families.It is clear that the basic objectives of public financial input is to realize quality guaranteed and generalized standard education service,the value orientation is benefit people and the quality,and follow the basic ideas of "keep basic,promote fairness and improve weak links",establish a scientific and reasonable financial structure for preschool education.
