In recent years, many sports experts and scholars began to pay attention to thestudy of the teaching and learning environment, we believe that a relaxed andharmonious sports teaching environment, not only conducive to physical educationteachers to dedicate myself to the teaching activities, and it helps to improve studentlearning sports interest in sports technology and participate in physical exerciseautonomy, self-awareness, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of teaching to helpstudents develop good habits of life-long physical exercise. Sports teaching and learningenvironment of school sports teaching activities is very large, it time to penetrate in theprocess of teaching and learning activities, always influences the process and effect ofPhysical Education. A quality sports teaching and learning environment to ensure thesmooth development of school physical education activities, and has a good guide inPhysical Education and incentives, has a very important significance.This paper, using the methods of literature, expert interviews, fieldwork method,questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics method research methods, Changde City,middle-vocational school of sports teaching environment as an object of study bystudents of Changde City, seven counties and two District issuance of questionnairesand physical education teachers, attribution analysis of the questionnaire:1, secondary vocational schools of physical education in Changde City, thenatural environment, the vast majority of secondary vocational schools of physicaleducation venues around the green condition is better.
