With the rapid development of China' s economy,China' s secondary vocational education is facing unprecedented opportunities and many new challenges.Classroom environment is the basic condition for all teaching activities,and the organization and arrangement of teaching activities depend on classroom environment.At present,research on secondary vocational school classroom environment is relatively lack,this research attempts to starting from the basic theory of secondary vocational school classroom environment,analyses the main problems of secondary vocational school classroom environment and attribution in order to explore the optimization tactics of the secondary vocational school classroom environment,provide a reference basis for secondary vocational school classroom environment construction,improve the solid theoretical basis for secondary vocational school classroom teaching quality.This study holds that the classroom environment analysis of secondary vocational schools should be analyzed from three aspects:physical environment,psychological environment and institutional environment.This study took the classroom environment of XA secondary vocational school as the research object,supported by theories such as education and psychology,referred to the previous research results,and compiled a questionnaire based on the classroom environment of XA secondary vocational school.On the basis of questionnaire survey,combined with observation method and interview survey method,problems existing in the classroom environment of XA secondary vocational school were found out:First,the physical environment in the classroom is rigid and backward.Due to the imperfect classroom and teaching training facilities,it is difficult for the school to adapt to the requirements of the educational environment under the new situation,which also brings psychological troubles and mental slack to the teachers and students.Second,teachers lack of responsibility for the construction of classroom psychological environment.Teachers learn from books and rely too much on multimedia facilities in class,which causes students learning burnout.In the teaching process,teachers ignore the cultivation of students learning ability and comprehensive quality,and do not pay attention to the cultivation of students' professional ethics,teamwork and other professional qualities.Third,students in the classroom environment face their own foundation is weak and the employment situation is severe double pressure,lack of motivation,learning attitude is not correct.Due to the poor cultural foundation of students,they lack interest in theoretical learning and cannot follow the rules well,which leads to the lack of knowledge and weak practical operation ability.At the same time,due to strict requirements of teachers,severe employment situation and poor employment environment and other factors,many students are under great psychological pressure,confused in learning,learning enthusiasm is not high.Fourth,the classroom system environment supervision is weak,teachers and students discipline awareness is weak,classroom teaching activities can not be carried out in a normal and orderly manner.In this study,specific Suggestions are given to the classroom environment of XA secondary vocational schools:pay attention to the construction of infrastructure equipment in the classroom environment,and change the backward state of hardware in the teaching environment;Attach importance to the construction of occupational situation in the classroom,establish an open classroom environment,break the limitations of the classroom environment of secondary vocational schools;Improve the personal quality of secondary vocational school teachers,guide students to overcome their own psychological barriers,build a democratic and cooperative classroom environment;We should reform the rules and regulations of secondary vocational schools,strengthen the enforcement of discipline and pay attention to the humanistic care of students,so that the education and teaching activities can be carried out orderly in the classroom environment.
