Rural secondary vocational school refers to the county-level vocational educationcenter of education, industrial schools and vocational schools held by the local,whichis an important part of vocational education in our country, mainly for the countryside,for the technical training of talents and serves the regional economic development,especially in the service of the important tasks of rural economic and socialdevelopment. For a long time, rural secondary vocational school in cultivating newprofessional farmers, promoting agricultural science and technology, promoting ruralsocial economic development has made important contribution. However, with theadvent of the era of mass higher education, rural secondary vocational educationdevelopment was in trouble, facing the problems such as students reduce, graduateemployment difficult. To further deepen the reform of the rural secondary vocationalschool education teaching, innovating teaching mode, improving the quality of talenttraining, exploring the new path of development become inevitable choice of TheTimes.At present, the countries all over the world especially in the western developedcountries are actively exploring and carrying out entrepreneurship education, and haveaccumulated many typical experiences and successful practices. Practice in ourcountry to carry out entrepreneurial education also proved that secondary vocationaleducation development can effectively improve students entrepreneurial ability andpromote students employment. Our country current socialist new rural construction iscarried out in the great cause of a pioneering, need thousands skilled personnel toserve agriculture with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability, rooted in ruralareas. Rural secondary vocational schools to carry out the entrepreneurship educationis to build a new socialist countryside and the need of modern agriculturaldevelopment, rural secondary vocational students’ professional development and theneeds of the development of rural vocational schools. So, this study carried out inextensive investigation and study, on the basis of the theory of all-round developmentand man job matching theory, theory of innovative education and quality education,an objective and comprehensive analysis of the rural secondary vocational schools tocarry out the entrepreneurship education present situation, existed in the clear theeducation idea renewal slower, imperfect, entrepreneurship education curriculum andtextbook development lags behind, the lack of entrepreneurial platform, lack ofentrepreneurship education teachers and the main problems. Domestic and foreign research achievements about rural secondary vocational school of entrepreneurshipeducation should be actively absorbed, the updating idea should be put forward.Somespecific measures to strengthen entrepreneurship education in rural secondary schoolsuch as goal setting, sound mechanism, enrich teaching content and form concretecountermeasures also should be made.
