Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Entrepreneurship Education In Secondary Vocational Schools

In the past two decades,since the college enrollment,the employment of college students increasingly difficult,and it is much more difficult for the vocational school students,especially the low-level secondary vocational school students.Therefore,in recent years,the concept of "order education" and "entrepreneurship education" is being promoted by more and more colleges and universities.Especially with the global innovation and entrepreneurship education activities,innovation and entrepreneurship education in our country is on the upgrade,but the current entrepreneurship education in our country is still mainly concentrated in the universities,the entrepreneurship education of vocational students is lagging behind,vocational entrepreneurship education also exists many problems existing.This study mainly consists of the following parts: first,the introduction part is related to the status quo research topic at home and abroad are analyzed,and then elaborates the research purpose,significance,basis and research methods;secondly,analyzed the four aspects of Vocational Students' employment situation,vocational students' entrepreneurial status and the status and influence of entrepreneurship education in vocational schools entrepreneurship students' willingness factors;finally,put forward several measures of entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools,and on the summary,and put forward the prospects for the future.The innovation of this paper is the author's own work in the process of enterprise,teacher,committee,office and so on,to study the innovation of vocational education,investigation and analysis of the current situation of entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational school students and the current situation of employment and entrepreneurship,factors affecting students' entrepreneurial intention in-depth analysis.This paper puts forward the specific measures for the practical problems of secondary vocational students' entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial ability,and provides an effective basis for the construction of a comprehensive enterprise education,especially for the improvement of secondary vocational education.The author also provides some successful examples of thetypical cases in the application of the author's work,which has a positive role in encouraging the secondary vocational students to start their own businesses and ease the employment pressure and realize their personal value.
