The human resources are an important feature as for the national competitiveness.With the popularization of higher education and the increasingly fierce competition in the employment market,the human resource industry has been shifted and upgraded gradually,and the requirement for the quantity and quality of talents in secondary vocational school's finance and trade major has continued to increase.We all know that secondary vocational education plays a crucial role in the aspect of high-quality professional human resources because the cultivation of human resources in the area of finance,economy and trade can effectively promote regional economic prosperity.Under the guidance of “ Double Creation ” idea,the high-level talents with financial and business majors have become an important force in the regional innovation,entrepreneurship and transformation.At the same time,we notice that the cultivation and development of talents require some time and some career guidance in order to promote the talents ' formation of active professional values and stable professional goals.Therefore,it is necessary to provide a long-term vocational guidance education for students majored in financial and trade in Secondary Vocational Schools,which is beneficial to provide an intellectual core for local industrial upgrading.Besides,the requirement of talents majored in finance and trade is becoming more and more strict in the human resource market,while some students become more confused in career choices than before,leading to some conflicts and problems.Therefore,it is necessary that the Secondary Vocational Schools should upgrade and innovate the vocational guidance system.We all know that employment is the foundation of people's livelihood.The vocational guidance design for the major of financial,business and trade students in Secondary Vocational Schools should proceed from the reality to optimize the needs of talents under the guidance of employment target design and the vocational guidance system as well as enriching the vocational guidance courses using the multi-career guidance methods.This paper chooses the vocational guidance of finance,business and trade majors in Secondary Vocational Schools as the object,and the author tries to focus on the characteristics of financial and trade majors and summarize the characteristics of professional guidance in Secondary Vocational Schools,and then analyzes the construction of Secondary Vocational Schools by analyzing S-school ' s financial and business professional guidance experience.In the end,the author puts forward the suggestion on how to design the vocational guidance system for students majored in finance,business and trade in Secondary Vocational Schools in order to provide some reference for human resource training as for the financial and trade majors 'students in Secondary Vocational Schools and improve the regional area's economic development.
