Although birth is a universal biological fact to humankind, its social essence and vital importance towards existence ensured that this biological process is culturally clothed. Social science has long studied the field of socialized birth which means that an individual has to go through a series of practical and symbolic process to be considered as socially mature. Ever since renaissances and the religion reform, the relationship between the society, the state and the individual has significantly changed. A person has to be taken by the state as a citizen besides being socialized which lead to the conflict between those subjects. This paper aims to start from the very beginning of life namely birth, by subdivide the concepts of birth into three ideas of "separate","emerge" and "live", it is hoped that they can be employed as tools to analyze the birth process of an infant into Hui community with special focus on the way the state conceive, deliver and recognize the baby at the same time with its biological mother and how this sync-process would influence the natural process of birth. This paper mainly consists of four parts:the first part is the introduction part which is dedicated to the background information of this study and the research on birth so far. The second part ranges from Chapter two to Chapter four while each chapter deals separately of the natural or biological birth, social and religious birth and born by the state. The next part is Chapter five which dissect the way the state construct the knowledge of body through registration while chasing the process of natural birth under the background of the swift of modern governing strategy. The last chapter is the conclusion part.
