The Fertility Intentions Survey Research Of Child-bearing Age Population In Zhuanghe

With the "comprehensive two-child" policy in the landing,China's planning policy entered the comprehensive two-child family era.Research scholars have known that the family planning policy for a long time that China's aging population is a seriously,imbalance of population sex ratio,the demographic dividend is slowly disappearing,women's total fertility rate has been below the replacement level for several years.Meanwhile,with the rapid economic and social development,and implementation of the family planning policy for 30 years,dramatic changes produced in people's fertility,fertility desires and reproductive behaviour also.In this case,how much population growth and total fertility rate will brought from "comprehensive two-child" policy can bring to China?All these questions can be answered through surveys of fertility intentions.Fertility intention survey in this paper,finishing on the basis of a large number of files,use "questionnaire on fertility desires in Zhuanghe" to obtain empirical data by combining theoretical and empirical methods,Zhuanghe provides a methodological framework to reach reproductive age population wishes to have children,gender preferences,as well as the factors affecting fertility desires.Paper selected the Zhuanghe hospital,Xingda Street,and Qing Duizi,and Buyunshan these four locations as questionnaire of focus issued places,the number of copies issued questionnaire arrive 750,and effective of questionnaire amounted to 737,to gain birth wishes data from different gender,different age stage,different marriage status,and different education degree and different income level of crowd in Zhuanghe.Meanwhile,concluded the factors affecting on the fertility desires in Zhuanghe's child-biring age population.Zhuanghe and even throughout the Northeast China,all present serious ageing problem,increased mobility of population trends.Taking into account the policy lag on population changes and fertility,as well as the experience in response to low fertility in developed countries,I think after the reproductive potential energy release,the North-East area take advantage of extended maternity,maternity protection of labor rights and other policy changes to spur people's fertility desires.Meanwhile,Zhuanghe Child Health Hospital,public kindergarten,and domestic service and other aspects of the construction have to ensure economic and social development and construction in the context of stable populations in an orderly manner.
