Objectives:To describe the levels of life events, cognitive emotion regulation and resilience among nursing professional college students; to analyze the differences of life events, cognitive emotion regulation and resilience in the general demographic characteristic; to explore the relationship among life events, cognitive emotion regulation and resilience.Methods:650nursing college students were selected to investigate by using convenience sampling method from two universities, in Jilin Province. Research instruments were composed of general demographic characteristics, Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List; Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire-Chinese and Resilience Scale for Adults. The data collected was analyzed by Spss17.0.Results:(1) The total score of nursing college students’life events was31.98±12.745, there had been significant difference of life events among different grades, different student residences, whether the only-child, whether to participate in social practice and the family economic status.(2) The total score of nursing college students’cognitive emotion regulation was106.08±14.263.There had been significant differences of cognitive emotion regulation among the different grades,and had no significant differences among other demography variables.(3) The total score of nursing college students’resilience was103.57±22.566. There had been significant differences of resilience among different grades, different education levels, whether the only-child, whether the leader in class or student union, and whether to participate in social practice.(4) The relationship between life events and cognitive emotion regulation was significantly positive correlation; the relationship between cognitive emotion regulation and resilience was significantly positively correlation; the relationship between resilience and life events was significantly negative correlation.Conclusion:The nursing college students’impression of life events was at the middle and lower level. The grades, student residence, whether the only-child, whether to participate in social practice, and the family economic status were associated with life events. The eight cognitive emotion regulation strategies was better than the middle level. The development in gender, grades, education level, student residence, whether the only-child, whether the leader in class or student union, whether to participate in social practice, and the family economic status was unbalance in cognitive emotion regulation, but had no difference in overall. The nursing college students’ resilience was better than the middle level. The grades, education level, student residence, whether the only-child, whether the leader in class or student union, whether to participate in social practice was associated with resilience. Life events,cognitive emotion regulation and resilience have significant correlation.
