The interpersonal conflict is inevitable,particularly common among collegestudents-A lot of emotional and behavioral problems can be found duringinterpersonal conflict. Study of emotion regulation is a great deal of society andcampus, and also can provide an example of how to upgrade college students’emotion regulation ability.Different starting point can be used to study emotion regulation. This paperintends to use Professor Lu Jiamei’s emotion theory, Professor Gross’s cognitivereappraisal emotional regulation theory and CBT theory as theoretical basis. Abetter understanding of emotion regulation in under interpersonal conflictsituations was noticed. Four aspects were researched in this paperFirst, the interpersonal conflict situation and how students regulated emotionwas investigated. The results showed that;(1) self-esteem and schedule conflictsare the main source of interpersonal conflict.(2) students’ emotion regulation ininterpersonal conflict is very active.(3) anger is the main emotion after conflict?(4) boys feel more lonely than girls in interpersonal conflict.Second, the experimental study of feedback to college students ininterpersonal conflict situation cognitive reappraisal emotional regulation strategyeffect of biological. The results show that:(1) cognitive reappraisal can change theemotional reaction in interpersonal conflict.(2) using cognitive reappraisal toregulate emotional can be showed by bio data.Third, the group intervention study on emotion regulation strategies oncollege students’ interpersonal conflict. The results show that:(1) this groupactivity can effectively promote students to use cognitive reappraisal to deal withtheir emotions.
