Learning burnout means the students are tired of learning, feeling depression, creativitydecline and lost significance of learning. Because of a long-term state of physically andmentally fatigued and energy depletion, students present symptoms of depression,depersonalization and low achievement.Firstly, the study summarizes the present psychology research situation aboutpostgraduates’ learning burnout and analyzes the limitation and deficiency, drawing lessonsfrom latest methods and theory in the cognitive study, put forward the new trend for learningburnout study. Secondly, chooses96postgraduates in three universities, which are WuhanInstitute of Physical Education, Shaanxi Institute of Technology and Hanzhong NormalUniversity, as the research subject. Examines the present situation and makes a implicitassociation test on students’learning burnout. On this basis, this study structures the equationmodel and analyzes the relationship between implicit and explicit learning burnout. Finallyextracts30subjects from high-score group on the survey, then evenly divides30subjectsinto two groups, which are experimental group and contras. According to psychologicalfeature of the postgraduates’ learning burnout, this study draws up a suitable psychologicalgroup counseling plan for intervening higher learning burnout postgraduates, explores theeffect on postgraduates’ explicit and implicit learning burnout by the group counseling. Theresults are as follows:(1) Postgraduates’ learning burnout is tacit(2) There are two independent structures: implicit and explicit(3) Training on Emotional Management and Self-confidence training can improveemotional problem originated in learning burnout(4) Group counseling has little effect on the implicit learning burnout(5) Postgraduates’ implicit learning burnout is relative stability...
