In the new period of the national twelfth five-year planning, culture has become a moreand more important source of national cohesion and creativity, has become a more and moreimportant factor of comprehensive national strength, riching the spiritual and cultural life hasbecome increasingly fervent desire of people.The university campus sports culture as an important part of higher educationdevelopment, which has a positive effect on cultivating the mind, tempering the determinationand shaping oneself of the students on the one hand.On the other hand, the university campus sports culture, which transit a variety of formsand carriers, have indispensable influence on the family sports, community sports and eventhe contents, forms and features of the whole society. Aerobics in Colleges and universities ofHunan Province, not only complement the school physical education, but also enrich anddevelop the campus sports culture; harmonious campus sports culture atmosphere is also thebasis for the survival and development of the aerobics.The theoretical basis of this article: environment decision theory and social interactiontheory. Through the analysis of the Huxiang society culture----the main society back groundof the high school camps environment in Hunan province, judging the development directionof high school camps sports culture in Hunan province in the new period. College sportsculture in Hunan province grown in rich soil of Huxiang culture, which possess densecharacteristics of Hunan. Aerobics as part of the colleges and universities sports in Hunanprovince, the times, its entertainment, mass, lifelong learning, creativity, integration, diversityand artistic characteristics complement with the advantage characteristics of Huxiang culture.Therefore, the aerobics has a promoting effect on the campus sports culture of the collegesand universities in Hunan province from the internal environment of university campus andsocial environment development. The development of the aerobics has became realitymeatures of the benign development of campus sports culture which is base on the Huxiangculture.This article used the literature material method, mathematical statistics method, expertinterview method, and questionnaire method and so on. The questionnaire base on the200students who were randomly selected from10colleges and universities in Hunan province,according to the questionnaire with the case investigation method, carry on the investigationof the present situation of the university sports culture development. While I send out36expert questionaires to parts of universities leaders, counselors, aerobics teachers in10 universities and recovery them. And analysis the present situation and influence factors of thedevelopment of the high school camps sports culture. While this article, based on thedefinition of campus sports culture conception in Colleges and universities, and elaborated itsstructure, characteristics and function, taken aerobics development as one of the developmentmodel of the campus sports culture in Hunan Province, combined with the current situation ofcampus sports culture construction in Colleges and universities, make investigation andresearch from the campus sports spiritual culture, material culture, system and behaviorculture. Discussing the factors which restrict the sports culture construction of the high schoolin Hunan province in theory, find out the problems, and put forward some countermeasuresand suggestions to solve these problems. Promiting the development of the diversified campssports culture, constructing the harmonious campus sports culture atmosphere and pushingforward the development of the high school camps sports culture in Hunan province on thepositive and healthy way.
