In the era that people pay more attention to the quality of life,happiness has become acommunity survey of keywords.With the the “Ant Tribe” increasingly expanding,their happiness is worthyof attention and study.Subject well-being is a comprehensive evaluation of individual psychologicalindicators, including the subjective evaluation of the quality of life satisfaction and emotional experience.This study used questionnaire method investigation of “Ant Tribe” in Zhengzhou, Beijing,Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other places, sense relations research and influence possible mechanism andsubjective well-being through the justice of society, according to the particularity of the “Ant Tribe”,combined with psychological elasticity and pressure perceived two variables to study, get the followingconclusions:Subject well-being of the“Ant Tribe” is overall low level. There are significant differences ingender, marital status, graduation time, education and income of different demographic variables.Therewas a significant difference life satisfaction in different sex of “Ant Tribe”(p<0.05); In different maritalstatus and graduation time two aspect,that had significant differences in dimensions of negative emotionsand life satisfaction (p<0.05);“Ant Tribe” in different degree and income level has significant difference innegative emotions (p<0.05), while there was no significant difference in the two dimensions of positiveemotions and life satisfaction (p>0.05).Social justice has a significant positive correlation with resilience and subjective well-being;Perceived stress to social justice, psychological elastic and subjective well-being was significantly negativecorrelation. Psychological elastic has a partial mediating effect between social justice and subjectivewell-being.Perceived stress has negative moderating effect to resilience and subjective well-being.
