Subjective well-being is a yardstick for measuring individual life satisfaction and emotional status.Its level not only affects individual physical and mental health,but also influences the future survival of the company through influencing work performance.In the past,the subjects of the study of happiness were the residents,the students and the elderly.Under the background of economic globalization,the competition is extremely fierce,and the enterprises often transfer the pressure to the employees' work,which leads to the increase of their work pressure.Under the influence of work pressure,the employees' physical and mental health is not guaranteed,which not only hinders the development of the enterprises,but also threats to social stability.Therefore,the work pressure and subjective well-being of the employees should not be underestimated.With the rapid development of economic,technological progress and improvement of information level,the increase of work pressure is not just about making it harder to work and the main reason is the excessive infiltration to non working boundary boundary.Employees often consciously bring their work affairs into non working time.This breaking the traditional 8 hours work and leading employees still work in the affairs of stalking off time,the physiological and psychological effects are difficult to relax and affect the vitality of the next day.Therefore it can replenish consumption of physical and mental resources in a timely manner to disengage from work related affairs at a non working time,and it is also essential for relieving employee pressure and improving business performance.The concept of psychological liberation has attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad.More and more scholars have introducedpsychological relief to work stress model to relieve job stress.But at present,there are not many related results of psychological relief.Especially few studies are still in the primary stage in China.Therefore the psychological relief is regarded as intermediate variables into the relation model of job stress and subjective well-being,this not only enrich the theoretical system of job stress,psychological relief and subjective well-being and it will provide reference for our individual stress relief and scientific management of enterprises staff stress.This article is composed of the following six parts:The first part is the introduction.This part mainly expounds the background,value,content and framework of the research,research methods and innovation points.The second part is the literature review.This part is the theoretical basis of the article,mainly summarizes the literature related to work stress,psychological liberation and subjective well-being,and makes a literature review.The third part is research design.In this part,the research hypothesis and research model are put forward through theoretical analysis,and the selection of the scale is introduced,which lays the foundation for the empirical analysis.The fourth part is the empirical analysis.This part first uses Excel software to do the basic processing of data collection,so as to facilitate the mining of data storage information.Then we use SPSS20.0 to do descriptive statistical analysis of the data,the reliability and validity testing,analysis of individual differences,and work stress,subjective well-being and mental freedom to do the correlation analysis and regression analysis,as well as the psychological relief mediating effect on the relationship between job stress and subjective well-being of the analysis,to verify the proposed hypothesis.The fifth part is the summary and suggestions.This part first summarizes the research and analysis of the article.Secondly,according to the existing problems of job stress and subjective well-being.It puts forward specific strategies to improve employee's level of SWB from the perspective of individual,organizational level and national macro level.The sixth part is the lack of research and prospect.This part analyzes the shortage of this article and makes a prospect for future research.
