While smart phones are efficient and convenient for life, they are also accompanied by the separation of the virtual world and the real world. The longer college students use their mobile phones, the fewer opportunities for interpersonal interaction in real life.At present,human-machine-human communication has gradually surpassed face-to-face communication, and a new type of mental illness has emerged: mobile phone dependence.Mobile phone dependence causes individuals to present different degrees of physical and mental health problems, causing dizziness, chest tightness and other physical discomfort symptoms, and inducing negative emotions such as anxiety and depression. It is also closely related to well-being,social anxiety, and cognitive failure behaviors.Social anxiety refers to individuals who have strong anxious or fearful responses and corresponding avoidance behaviors in complex interpersonal relationships.Compared with individuals with low social anxiety, individuals with high social anxiety are more likely to suffer from social anxiety disorder.According to the existing literature, there is a significant correlation between mobile phone dependence and social anxiety.Based on previous studies, this research introduces two variables, resilience and stress perception,to discuss the relationship between mobile phone dependence and social anxiety, and whether resilience and stress perception play a chain mediating role in the relationship between mobile phone dependence and social anxiety.Discussing this will enrich the research on mobile phone addiction and social anxiety. It is hoped that this research will arouse the public's attention to the problem of social anxiety caused by mobile phone dependence, increase vigilance on the issue of mobile phone dependence and reduce the negative effects of mobile phone dependence, making a proposal for reducing social anxiety of college students, and promote the harmonious development of college students' mind and body. This study uses a combination of questionnaire surveys and qualitative interviews. The first study used the "Mobile Phone Addiction Index Scale","Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale","Stress Perceived Scale" and "Social Anxiety Scale" as survey tools, and used random sampling methods to investigate and study585 college students.Based on the theoretical basis of domestic and foreign research, psychological resilience and stress perception are used as intermediary variables to study the relationship between mobile phone dependence and social anxiety. After collecting and sorting out the data,SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the reliability of all the questions on the scale.Descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and t test were then performed on the data.Choose Model 6 in the PROCESS macro plug-in to test the mediation effect.Study 2 uses the semi-structured interview method to further explore the specific mechanism of the relationship between mobile phone dependence, psychological resilience, stress perception and social anxiety, and provides a more in-depth explanation based on the questionnaire. The results are as follows:(1)There are significant differences in social anxiety among college students in terms of gender, whether they are only child or not,and their relationship status;there are significant differences in mobile phone dependence in terms of whether they are only child or not,and grade; In terms of demographic variables such as grade and gender, the differences in psychological elasticity are significant; On demographic variables such as gender, love status, and grade, college students have significant differences in pressure perception;on the demographic variables of birthplace, there are no significant differences in college students ' mobile phone dependence, psychological resilience, stress perception, and social anxiety.(2)There are correlations among college students' mobile phone dependence, psychological resilience, stress perception, and social anxiety. The specific situation is as follows: mobile phone dependence is positively correlated with the two variables of stress perception and social anxiety, and negatively correlated with the variable psychological resilience;psychological resilience is negatively correlated with stress perception and social anxiety;stress perception is positively correlated with social anxiety.(3)Mobile phone dependence has a positive impact on stress perception and social anxiety, and negatively affects psychological resilience;psychological resilience negatively affects stress perception and social anxiety;stress perception can positively affect social anxiety.(4)The individual mediating effect results show that stress perception plays a part of mediating role between mobile phone dependence and social anxiety, and psychological resilience plays a part of mediating role between mobile phone dependence and social anxiety. The chain mediation effect results show that psychological resilience and pressure perception play a partial chain mediation role between mobile phone dependence and social anxiety.(5)The results of the semi-structured interviews in Study 2 have verified the content of the quantitative research results to a certain extent.
