Effect Of Middle School Students In Shanxi Provncewomen’s Basketball Team Evelopment Relatedstudy On The Factors And Counter Measures

Cultivation mechanism of the world high school basketball players is becoming more and more perfect, but subject to varying degrees of restrictions in the culture space basketball athletes of middle school students in China, the cultivation of high level athletes in the training level is very rare, is also difficult to have big breakthrough. The purpose of this study is to understand the basis for the development of world middle school women’s basketball movement, by analysis of the basic situation according to the present situation of high school students in Shanxi Province Women’s basketball team, analyze the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. To further promote the Shanxi province middle school students basketball continues to improve, for high school students in Shanxi Province, women’s basketball team has provides certain reference for the better development.This paper mainly using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, interview method, logic analysis, data statistics, in16middle school students in Shanxi Province Women’s basketball team, respectively, to coach basketball players involved in the team, such as:investigation of detailed and meticulous staff composition, daily training, funding activities, leaders attach importance to the situation, problem, contradiction between learning and training competition system problems, management problems, summarize the conclusion and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure, draws the following conclusion:(1) middle school students in Shanxi Province Women’s basketball team, the height advantage is not obvious; Zhou training times most sports teams in more than3, days of training time in1-2hours. A high level of fixed basketball tournament in too little, but the existing basketball game to cover the backward in economy and more remote areas;(2) earmarks middle school students in Shanxi Province Women’s basketball team is funded mainly by school, society to the school women’s basketball team’s attention degree is too low, social funds are not effectively injection of too little, almost does not exist;(3) coaches tend younger, positive work attitude, but there are coaches training level or not, active learning and scientific research ability is bad phenomenon, some coaches have professional basketball sports is not high, the lack of high level basketball some match practice experience;(4) athletes delivery is to institutions of higher learning, the high level basketball players less. Arrange reasonable learning and training students in the proportion of time, trying to reduce the contradiction between learning and training;(5) in the construction and development of students in the process of women’s basketball team, coaches believe the government department in charge of the policy, the leadership attention, training environment, school basketball athlete atmosphere, poor foundation and material single channel is restricting the Shanxi province middle school women’s basketball team the main factors of the development.In view of the above conclusion, put forward the corresponding countermeasures:(1) according to the distribution of middle school students in Shanxi women’s basketball team, adjust the distribution pattern is reasonable while expanding the scale of the basketball team, and on this basis, pay more attention to the relatively remote school women’s basketball development relatively weak economy area;(2) the school leaders should pay attention to the construction of high school women’s basketball team, leading to emancipate the mind, the cause of social concern, multi-position into corporate sponsorship, improve the school’s incentive mechanism;(3) the construction of the school basketball team needs through scientific material reserves outstanding talents in the selection of personnel, but also pay attention to expand its influence, so should be the first to their own efforts and achieved certain results through, let basketball training, middle school basketball team became the school building occupies a part of play a decisive role position;(4) focus on expands and strengthens the trainer troop construction, schools should as far as possible through various means, hire a professional coach for the various problems in the training of coaches and the specific circumstances of the guidance and teaching, further the comprehensive professional quality;(5) through the positive publicity, lectures, organize friendship contest and a series of way, strengthen the school basketball culture atmosphere, guide students actively involved, so that students can better understand and experience in the training of basketball fun;(6) the Shanxi province each middle school actively set up their own school basketball association, each middle school basketball related industries to increase investment, association, as far as possible contact the school and the school basketball team activities, and organize regular school friendship;(7) Middle School of Shanxi Province Women’s basketball athletes more exchanges, expand mutual exchange of learning of the open window, in the basketball training, can try the development each brother school resource sharing, for the selection of athletes is more suitable for their own training to provide convenient conditions.
