| The increasing enthusiasm in conducting researches and publishing papers about home education and parenting in academic circle have certainly shown that education practitioners and researchers alike cast constant concern over the status quo, especially the negative aspects, of family education in China. It is needful to note that most current researches focus on the enhancement of "skills" of educators in families, rendering other family members unrelated. This paper tries to explore effective means to facilitate the self-awareness and transformation of all family members by applying Satir transformation treatment, after which the families are expected to be "better integrated families", family members to be "better integrated individuals". Compared to conventional pathological mechanism, coping mechanism is in place to bring a new perspective and inspiration to tackle the challenges of family education. |
