A Study On The Social Work Practice Of Promoting The Family Education Ability Of The Children In "rural-to-urbanw" Community

As the foundation of children's education,family education plays a very important role in people's life.It is an important way to improve the quality and level of family education for the community children and parents to carry out family education services to the community children and parents.In the current research field,there are few studies on the family education in the "Rural-to-Urban " community.Most of the research on family education is focused on the theoretical level,and the service of the family education in the community with the professional method of social work is very few.Therefore,guided by the concept of social work,this study tries to take H community as an example to study the improvement of children's family education ability in the "Rural-to-Urban " community.The purpose of the study is to understand the current situation of family education in the "Rural-to-Urban" community,so as to help the community residents to solve the problems of family education.Two,through the development of professional services,the use of group work and community work,to promote the change of parents' family education concept,to improve the ability of family education,and to enhance the relationship between children and parents,parents and parents in service activities.The interaction and communication between children and parents in the community gradually rebuilt family education support network.Because of the complexity and particularity of the H community,this study takes practical research as the main research method.It collects and analyses the survey data by means of observation,questionnaire and deep interview.According to the results of the questionnaire survey,there are the following problems in the children's family education in the H community: the parents of the community lack the correct understanding of the family education;the frequency of parents and children's communication is low,and the parents' ability of family education is weak.According to the general situation of H community and the present situation of family education,the author and the staff of the Y organization work out the corresponding service programs,use the methods of group work and community workto carry out family education service activities,raise community residents' family education ability,set up a community family education mutual aid platform,and reconstruct the community family education support network.Through the summary and reflection of service activities,There are some advice: integrating various resources,constructing community family communication platform,forming a professional volunteer team,promoting the quality of the guidance activities of the family education for children in the "Rural-to-Urban " community,giving full play to the role of the backbone of the community and mobilizing the enthusiasm of the service objects.
