Basketball players’ decision-making ability is most important. However, if thebasketball player wants to approach some movements such as tacit corporation, unimaginable final shoot, amazing alley-op, they must have a wide field of version. So, it is obviously that the player’s visual field plays a very important role in acompetition. On the other hand, motion visual field is different from physical view. For example, the motion visual field is the maximum of valid vision scope the playercould have, which means player will capture the valid information and ignore theinvalid information during the information possessing. According to the presentstudy found, there exist some differences between the different levels of players, because different level players have diversity special attention scope. This studytends to apply the motion visual field training to real teaching experiment, in order toprove whether the different motion visual field training will affect the ability ofcollege basketball player’s decision-making or not. Then, this study will prove thatmotion visual field training could significantly enhance the ability of collegebasketball player’s decision-making, for the purpose of providing a feasible trainingmethod and theoretical basis to teacher and coach. This study is based upon the research methodology of sport psychology andsport training, including documentary method, questionnaire method, expertinterview method, mathematical statistics method, experimental teaching method. Ittakes college basketball players as experimental subject, by dividing players intodifferent experimental groups, then teaching them with motion visual field trainingand traditional training. After gathering and processing data, the experimental results go as follows:(1)After motion visual field training, experimental group shows an apparentdifference in left eye45degree, right eye0degree and45degree (p<0.05), while inother dimensions, no significant differences can be observed. At the same time, theplayers who are in the control group also get improved in the field of version, but it is a not remarkable one.(2) After finishing the training experiment, experimentalgroup experiences an notable change in terms of recognition score (p<0.05), as foraccurate recognition, there is a much more notable difference (p<0.01); However, although the control group also get some improvement in terms of sport visual field,it is not remarkable. This result indicates that the motion visual field training couldimprove college basketball player’s visual field effectively.(3) After the experiment, compared with the control group, the players in experimental group have improvedtheir decision-making ability greatly in the simulation environment, so does theirdecision-making speed. That is to say the players could make decision quickly andaccurately after visual field training. In conclusion,(1) motion visual field training leads a significant visual scopedifference between control group and experimental group through a pertinenceteaching content and method. However, significant differences merely occur in threedimensions. Thus, motion visual field training could effectively improve collegebasketball player’s certain motion visual field.(2) By comparing control group andexperimental group, players in experimental group get much more improvement inthe accuracy of decision making than the control group, however, there is noremarkable influence upon the speed of such decision making. Hence, there is nodenying that motion visual field training could improve college basketball player’decision-making ability.
