The Study On The Present Condition And Countermeasure Of The Yong Reserve Talents For Figure Skating Of Jilin Province

Figure skating is an important sporting event which is held on ice under the propercondition of the northeast of China. This event is mainly carried out in Heilongjiang and Jilinprovince. They are the training bases for most world-renowned figure skating athletes of ourcountry. Recent years, the achievements of figure skating in major sport events promote thevigorous development of figure skating. As the largest province of winter sports, JilinProvince provides a good developing platform for the young athletes with the continuousinnovation and reformation. Especially the selection of gross-roots talents for supervisingauthorities faces great difficulties.After deep research of the figure skating reserve forces of Jilin province, I providetheoretic basis for the sustainable development of young figure skating athletes in Jilinprovince. By this method, we can promote the benign development of the figure skatingreserve forces. In this article, I will use the amateur Sports School of Jilin Province, civicsports teams, the administrators of the provincial sports teams, coaches and athletes asresearch objects to discuss the current training situation of Junior Figure Skating Reserveforces and the development direction by the methods of literature, expert interviews,questionnaires, statistics and research. According to the discussion and analysis of theresearch, I come to conclusions as follows:1. Jilin Province outputs large amount of talent figure skating sports reserve forces as awinter sports province. However, the public have traditional concepts for the figure skating.2. Attitudes of parents of young people engaged in figure skating greatest protection,however, many parents treat the sport there are a lot of misconceptions.3. Singles figure skating coaches today use more high-level athletes after retirementremain in office mode, but with sufficient experience in high-level athletes in the theoreticalguidance there is a certain lack of ability. Talented long run will be very difficult to sciencefor guidance.4. In the athletes selection and delivery system, the traditional unpaid model becomedifficult to motivate coaches to train more talents.
