Competition in today's world competitive sports,sports reserve personnel training determines the development of a national talent.In recent years,the Shanxi Provincial Sports Bureau in accordance with the actual situation of Shanxi Province sports development and trends to determine the track and field,swimming,shooting and wrestling and other projects as the province for a long period of time the future development of competitive sports key projects.Xi'an as the capital city of Shanxi Province,in the swimming project perennial maintained a high level and occupy an absolute advantage.At the same time,Shanxi Province in the swimming project has made outstanding contributions.However,a few days ago,the development of young people in Xi'an swimming reserve talent appeared landslide phenomenon is more serious,to make the city's competitive swimming development of the overall strength has been steadily improved,Xi'an youth swimming reserve talent training needs more effort.Therefore,the author summarizes the induction and development of the young people 's swimming reserve talents in Xi'an.This paper adopts the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,and analyzes the athletes' selection,sports training,sports competition and athletic sports management in four aspects.The status quo of personnel training to do a survey,and through analysis: 1.In the athletes selection is still unscientific selection,and did not put the scientific selection to implement.2.Xi'an coaches in the athletes training level and qualifications are still relatively confident,but in terms of titles also need a lot of room for improvement,coaches for business learning training most have a strong desire,but the city's On-the-job training and relearning are not ideal.3.Because the age distribution is small,the training intensity of the load and the outline have obvious obvious access to the lack of systematic training methods,the training intensity is obviously not scientific.4.As a result of long training will affect the study,in order to make better use of favorable conditions,Xi'an has taken the training as the main form of training as the current reserve talent training.But in the reserve talent,the training problem is still one of the major problems of reserve personnel training.5.Xi'an youth swimming competition set reasonable,especially in recent years,the game is also progress,to the players to provide more and better platform,which athletes selection and delivery has a good indicator.6.Xi'an swimming pool problem still exists,the hardware facilities are not perfect,making a lot of policy can not be implemented the main reason.
