China is a unified multi-ethnic country, the minority sports activities at the grass-rootslevel has been widely carried out, due to the various ethnic and cultural background, and thelife of the geographical environment, natural conditions, the formation of various ethnictraditional sports items and their values, aesthetictaste, etc., to a large extent by its area,forming a distinctive traditional activities. Hulunbeier City contains a wealth of culture andhuman culture, a minority-based multi-ethnic areas, minority traditional sports, more andmore influence on the development of sports in China. For the full realization of thetraditional values of sport in modern society, difficult to adapt to the part of traditional sportsactivities should be protected in a broad and long-term economic and cultural exchangesbetween different ethnic groups, so that more people benefit which the inheritance anddevelopment of valuable content. Chinese traditional sports of research and development, willpromote the interaction of the sports culture of the East and the West, to enhance the sportsand cultural integration of the accumulation of factors, and so that all mankind will eventuallyaccept the beneficial ingredients in traditional Chinese sports activities, so that themodernization of the broad road. Concerned about the national sport, and promote the development of national sportsculture and the development of national culture has a profound impact on promoting regionaldevelopment, national unity and the development of sports undertakings in China.This paper, using literature, interviews, questionnaire, mathematical statistics methodssuch as Inner Mongolia Hulunbeier Mongolian, Daur, Elunchun and Evenki a few number ofnational sports a more systematic study to explore the value and significanceand origin, toanalyze the current situation, the development, the role of ethnic regional economic, cultural,fitness, entertainment, proposed the development of the importance and necessity of thenational movement, and some suggestions: minority Sports courses opened in the InnerMongolia Autonomous Region belongs tertiary institutions; Inner Mongolia AutonomousRegion Sports Commission give full play to their functions, and vigorously promote thedevelopment of sports for minorities; the local government every year to come up with thefunds to support the development of sports of ethnic minorities; use of geographicaladvantages, strengthen international exchanges; promotional activities to increase the nationGames;development of national Sports Industry.The results showed that:(1) Bock, posophly, horse riding, hockey and other traditionalethnic sports are Hulunbeier outstanding sports and cultural resources, China should payattention to these less traditional sports heritage and development.(2) Hulunbeier region’seconomic backwardness, the public right of national sports awareness is not high, minoritytraditional sports in school education lag, cultural differences and other factors, and threesmall Mongolian national sports heritage and development.(3) minority sports development potential, solid foundation and broad prospects.(4) to attach importance to traditional ethnicsports, to fully tap Hulunbeier Minority Traditional Sports in culture, tourism, health andother aspects of value.(5) recommended Hulunbeier area elementary, junior high, high school,college step by step, ordered to minorities, traditional project into school sports in order topoint to expand Shaomin inheritance and development of traditional sports.
