Along with the progress of the society, our country’s education career is also developingwith economic business steadily, rapidly and efficiently,we put more and more attention oneducation cases. In China’s education system, there are a significant proportion of privateschools in addition to the traditional comparative common public schools. The developmentof the schools can’t do it well in one aspect, they need a wide range of cooperation with eachother, these factors include not only the national government, local education administrativeauthorities, but also include the parents of the students. The parents of the students aresignificant to the development of students’ witnesses, but also development promoters of theschool. Therefore, the school management should accept the students’ parents participate, andcarries on the supervision and evaluation. At present, there is a phenomenon in our countrymost people pay far less importance on private schools than public schools, but thedevelopment of private schools nimbleness far higher than public schools,and the reformmeasures will be taken easier than public schools. thus, it is not difficult to find that,theinevitable trend of the development of education cause and our society is our country privateschool students’ parents to participate in school management.Therefore, this article will focuson the parents’ participation to the management issues of private schools and the investigationand study will mainly on the parents whose children are on the stage of primary andsecondary schools.This article is divided into five parts and they will describe the problem respectively:the first part is the introduction part, it will mainly describe the research of the motives, scope,significance, methods and relevant literature; The second part is the interpretation of therelated theory part,it will mainly explain the depends on the relevant theories of problems, andmake the article in a certain theory basis to conduct; The third part is the relevant practice ofevolution part,it will describe the practice development of the parents to participate in schoolmanagement in our country and foreign counrties; The fourth part is the analysis andconclusion of the questionnaire survey part,it will mainly analyse the current situation in thisaspect in China, and points out the correlation questions; The fifth part is the countermeasurespart, it will puts forward some improvement suggestions in view of the problems found in thequestionnaire survey.
