Study Of Financial Support Policies On University Graduates Entrepreneurship In Shandong

The entrepreneurship plays an important role in the economic development of a country.The trend of entrepreneurship which continually emerge since china take the open policy, ishaving a profound impact on social and economic fabric of china. The entrepreneurship drivesthe development of medium and small-sized enterprises which are the backbone of nationaleconomic development. University students have professional theory knowledge andprofessional skill. Entrepreneurship is helpful to arouse the students’ awareness ofentrepreneurship, which drives the national science and technology progress and economicgrowth. In addition, in our country, with the expansion of university enrollment, employmentpressure of college students is increasing day by day; entrepreneurship has become a new wayto promote the employment of university students. Capital is the primary obstacle in theentrepreneurial process. For this reason, Shandong province government and localgovernments have formulated loan preferential policies, business tax relief policies, and theestablishment of college students venture fund and Venture Park and other financial supportpolicies to encourage entrepreneurship of college students in Shandong province.This paper uses the literature research method to analysis the entrepreneurship file thatShandong Province introduced in recent years, and summarizes relevant preferential policiesof capital support in university student entrepreneurship. And then, I compared those relatedpolicies in foreign countries and Shanghai, Wuhan and Hangzhou, such city of China, with themethod of comparative analysis, referring the Shandong province actual situation, analyzedand gave the suggestion. This paper mainly conducted interviews with six university studentsin Shandong province entrepreneurs. On this basis, this paper point out the specific problemsin the university student entrepreneurial capital policies that Shandong province introduced,and has gave some suggestions: enhance entrepreneurship funding policy propaganda;improve the venture capital support policies’ degree; implement the entrepreneurship capitalsupport policy; guarantee funds to support the policy of regional balance.
