Therefore , the study of the sports practicing of college teachers has realistic meanings in improving human capital. The methods involved are questionnaires, bibliography, visiting experts and mathematical statistics etc. The finding is : the times of practicing is positively relevant to health deposit. In the meantime, other problems remains to be desired, such as: 1) Part of teachers live in an unhealthy way, and 54.73 % of them feel themselves in subhealthy state.2) In spite of the correct and objective understanding of sports practicing, the athletic population is only 30.73%. 41.28%of them consumed less than 100 yuan per year and mainly focus on material consumption, which shows the disharmony between understanding and behavior. 3) Shortage of spare time , places and equipment, and poor perseverance keep teacher from practicing. With a view to solving the above-mentioned problems, and in the perspective of human capital, we think: country can provide investment for sports practicing by means of legislation, financial support and particular allowances; The school investment can be realized by means of attracting more attention from leaders, strengthen the practicing organization, provide periodical physical test and health observation.
